  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund.
  • Other returns: Because our products are seasonal and perishable, we cannot accept returns for other reasons.
  • Refunds & replacements: Once we confirm the issue, we’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement promptly.
