- Delivery times are estimates; actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays.

Order Accuracy & Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or mis-delivery due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with a photo. No return is required; we’ll issue a replacement or full refund.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
